Your address and e-mail address will be used strictly by us, for the exlusive purpose of occasionally informing you of promotions or new product introductions.

The Shenandoah Attic insists on your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right with a refund, an exchange or store credit.

Returns
If for some reason, you need to return an item, send it back in its original container and packaging, and we will refund the cost of the item(s), exchange the item(s) or give you a store credit.

Shipping and Handling
Our goal is to ship your order in two business days or less. When there is a delay we will contact you. We ship US Mail using Priority Mail Service with Delivery Confirmation on each order. We also offer Express Mail® delivery. For oversized or heavier packages, UPS service is available. A street address is needed for delivery. Delivery to a PO Box may require added charges.
